Can you be a bit clearer on the deadlift? Is it a rising bar format where everybody starts at the same weight and does every attempt until they're out or is it where you choose three different weights to attempt like in powerlifting?

Some of the maxalding exercises are pretty good for the shoulders. They're easy enough to find online. Hindu pushups are good too. So is holding a towel infront of you and bringing it back over your head until it touches your ass. Go back and forth about 50 times.
