Re: Injury Prevention, Prehab, and Rehab

Diamond Dallas Page (DDP) has a book called Yoga for Regular Guys. It's pretty good; I'm no yoga connoisseur, so I can't say whether it's "real" yoga or that you're going to cultivate serenity or what have you, but I've tried some of the movements and I have to say I feel pretty good afterwards. Plu...

Re: Injury Prevention, Prehab, and Rehab

Great reminder on the TKE's Shawn! I've been doing alot of reading on patella pain recently as I've got it pretty fierce on the inside of my left knee. The best analogy I found was that of a train on a track - the patella is the train, and the femur is the track. If anything is pulling on the femur ...

Re: Lower bicep tendonitis

Sorry, forgot the link to Elitefts: http://www.flexcart.com/members/eliteft ... 4&pid=2156

That is where I got mine.

I have tried several from Shoppers/Wal-mart etc but the problem I found with those is they would come loose while lifting. The metal's don't budge!

Re: Lower bicep tendonitis

Pull a Plaxico and shoot yourself in the leg. Then your arm won't feel so bad. Seriously though, I used the Metal forearm wraps a couple years ago and they helped quite a bit. I was actually able to hold onto stuff again and after a bit the pain just went away.

Re: Reverse Hyper

It'll have to be somewhat different than the WS model. I think Louie Simmons mentions it somewhere (like in every article) that the RH is patented..

Thanks Shawn, it was feeling pretty good yesterday morning, until I decided to roll a big snowball with my kids and it went out again.. damn, getting that sucker moving was harder than a 7-800 lb tire! Hopefully off to the chiro tonight/tomorrow..
