I'd like the 255 stone please! I'll bring the $40 to Cambridge this weekend... any chance you can bring the stone?

If by some chance the 255 is gone, I'd take the 235... but I really need the 255 lb'er to replace the one Mike and I destroyed in training.

Anyone have an old weighted vest for sale, or know where to get one for not too much $? I want it for things like chain pushups, 1 leg squats, etc... but they are freakin' expensive new!

Also, is anyone selling tacky & ammonia caps in Ontario?

Ya, those strap pushups are awesome, esp for scapular stability and rotator cuff strength. I also wear a sandbag backpack for them.

I know it's a bit late now, but I've always found the following to help post injury, and to prevent injury: Isometric contraction of the muscle before the set, for NMA Push pull supersets, do a set for the antagonist muscle group after each set, ie- high elbow rows following each set of chest press....
