Mapquest usually has a neat feature that allows you to view the distance and route from Toronto to Fredonia, NY.

I suffered from something similar earlier in the year. The doctor checked my range of movement and ordered x-rays of the lower back and hips before arriving at a diagnosis.
Hopefully it's nothing serious and you'll be back in action after some recuperation.
