I was looking for the same thing a month ago. Fitness depot put me in touch with a guy who could custom make one for me and the prices was.....1,400$. Not what i had in mind. I hope for the 105 kg guys that something will happen 'cause i just saw the world's 105 results. The weights that were used were the same as a lot of amateur comp. around here ex. 110kg on the log for reps, the winner got 9 and the fw was 120kg...so i know a lot of you guys out there can be competit...

You could call a couple of phys ed. teachers (local schools/high school) and ask'em if they have old tug-o-war ropes. This is how i got mine...
