Almost, I'm down 13 pounds from last time to, so I'll take it. Now the journey is to finally nailing that 585 deadlift. Atleast than I know there's one event at the Trenton comp I can do.

I had no plans of doing this yesterday, but woke up, saw your post, and felt fresh so I gave it a try. I think if I had been more into it I could have got a few more but it's hard to get pumped up when your on low carb.

500x14 feb 9. Still had over 2 min left according to the rules but I realized I am just to lazy to keep going. No belt and no straps.

Seriously though that looked ridiculously easy and than to go and do a couple sets of 585 I think this will be a great season for you

Where is the Dallas Hogan 25 rep video? Kyle has been posting all kinds of vids of himself on the video forum and his training log but we are still waiting on this one? We will have to give Quincy the title for his 24 reps I think.

Its not working! ive attempted to post it on youtube many times now, and for the 117 mins i have to sit by my computer to make sure it doesnt go into sleep mode ive exhausted my efforts. It does exist i assure you guys and sooner or later itll be up
