I'll be running the charity show for our church again this year. It's May 12 start time 11 am.
registeration at 10 am entry fee $40

The events
1. Max 19" deadlift- 3 lifts max with rising bar format.
2. log press for reps- choice of 260 or 300
3. Tire flip- 700lbs tire 75'
4. frame hold for time- 785 lbs straps allowed
