TIRE FLIP MEDLEY - Male

Tire Flip 225lb, 530lb, 760lb, 800lb, 1000lb once for fastest time, max time 90 sec.

600LB PRESS - Male

Clean and Jerk the 185lbs axle, then Push Press the 200lb Yoke, finish with a clean and press of the 220lb metal Log from the ground to overhead position. Competitors must LOCK OUT THE ELBOWS. Max time 90 sec.

FIRE HYDRANT CARRY - Male

Fire Hydrant carry 200lb walk till you drop for distance. 90sec time limit.

LOADING RACE - Male

Load 4 objects on to barrels or platform 170lb Anvil, 200lb Keg, 200lb Fire Hydrant, 220lb Atlas Stone for fastest time, max time 90 sec.

SEATED PULL - Male

Competitor will pull a vehicle a 100’ from seated position using a rope for fastest time or furthest distance. The max allotted time to complete this is 90 sec.

Flip a 100lb, 150lb, 225lb, 540lb Tire for fastest time in 90 sec.

LOG PRESS – Female

Press a wooden log for reps from the ground to over head position. Competitors must LOCK OUT THE ELBOWS, Max time 45 sec.

SUPER YOKE - Female

Competitor will walk till you drop with a 300 lbs yoke for furthest distance in 90 sec.

OBJECT LOAD - Female

Load 4 objects 80lb Field Stone, 170lb Anvil, 180lb Keg, 200lb fire hydrant onto barrels in 90 sec.

Prize/travel money - Male & Female division Trophies for 1st 2nd & 3rd. First place in both divisions get a Kingston Strongest Man T-shirt.
