After four years abusing my body I am pretty sure I am packing it in for good this time. I don't have the time and frankly the work ethic to do what's right in this sport to make it sustainable for me. Examples are stretching, physio, proper technique, repetition, proper diet, stopping drinking, cardio, etc. The way I do it puts a lot of damage to my body, am always tired, sore, lethargic and there are long term health concerns if I keep it up.

Thank you everyone for the good times. Thank you Grant for giving people like me the opportunity at this sport. Best of luck to everyone.

You'll be missed, buddy. Take care, and keep in touch.

I'm sure that, like me, you will still train occasionally and talk about how good you used to be.

All the best.

Terry, T-Rex, it was always a pleasure training and competing with you. You have accomplished many things in your three years in the sport and had arguably the biggest overhead press in the province this year. I hope to hear more of your insights on the forum as they have always been entertaining.
