Tire flip approx 300 lbs women 700 lbs men
Carry & drag for 50' each farmers 121/hand women 251/hand men sled 300 lbs women 525 lbs men

I'd like to do this one again Andy. How will that max log work, everyone takes every attempt until no one is left? Or chose where you come in and then take every attempt? Or chose all of your attempts like Powerlift style?

you can pick your starting weight for the log but once your in u take every lift till you fail.
