Hey Guys,

We are going to expand our show this year at the fair to include:

LW division (220 and under)
And Crossfit Division (mens and womens)

I'm currently working on all the details but just wanted to put it out there so you mark it on your calender.

The show will be Sat Sept 27th.

Carp Fair 2014

Sat Sept 27th

Athletes must be on site at 11am, show will start at noon.

Open Strongman 221lbs and up

LW Strongman 220 and under

(weigh-ins will take place during registration the morning of the show)

Events are subject to change (but likely will be as stated)

Log clean and press for reps (clean each rep) HW 250, LW 210

Tire Flip HW 850, LW 600

Car DL for reps

Loading Race (Kegs, ironmind bag, hussafel stone)



Strongfit Division:

Axle Clean and press for reps Men 185, women 115

Tire Flip Men aprox 550, womens aprox 400

Farmer's Walk Men 200/hand, Women 150/hand

Trap bar Deadlift for reps Men 350, womens 225

Stone over bar for reps Men 200, women 100 (tacky is allowed)


All events are 75 seconds

Cash for Top LW and HW Strongman ($200, $100, $75 for both divisions)
Min 5 competitors required per class for this payout.

Entry fee is $60 before sept 13th, $70 after sept 13th.

Registration is first come first serve, max 12 competitors per division.
