Here's a 300kg (660lbs) deadlift from this past weekend at the Power Pit Push/Pull competition.

Thanks!
Jason's mom has a warehouse for her business, and the shipping bay is ours :) ... a real blessing! A few weeks ago Steve Bourgeois started training with us and he brought his equipment over with ours, now we've got a full-house (the log you see in the video is his)!

Nice vids Luke, looking real solid ;)

For the log, do you do push-presses? This guys does them well-enough. This will help you with the explosion and the 'double-dip'. When you're below 300# of b/w, strict-pressing 300# is pretty tought :P

I didn't really do anything special for this competition...I kind of wanted to see where I was at by just winging it. I did do some standing dumbbell presses and some power clean and presses but that's it. Next year I'll work harder on this one for sure.

You're right about it being a little tougher when you don't have a ton of bodyweigth...I can do a lot more seated than standing...good push press video by the way...I've never seen anyone doing behind the back like that.
