Re: Videos Thread
First I want to say good lift... keep it up....
The Second thing I want to say is I do not know if you know that sumo deadlifting is not allowed in strongman conventional only.
Sorry if you know this and you are doing sumo as a training to hit different muscle groups keep it up then.
Hate to see someone focus on a lift that you will not really be doing.
My apologies
I went back a page... (I started on page 5 of this thread) I did not know you were doing powerlifting... I do now that a saw your vids.... keep up the good work
Travis

I won't bow to something that I've never seen
I can't believe in something that doesn't believe in me
I'm not blood of your blood, I'm no son of your god
I've no faith in your fate
Still I find salvation.....5FDP

Please excuse the geeeeey gym, got a free trial membership...
3 set of 5 singles, trying to work up to 400 after using the miracle foam roller to fix my shoulder.
3 weeks ago I was struggling with 225. With my shoulder healed, I have all my drive off the bottom, but gotta get the tri's working to help out with the top third.
Sorry excuse for a vid, but it's my first one and it took me all night to figure out my stupid "simple" camera and youtube...
Cheers everyone,
Brent.

500lb DL after 5X3 deficit pulls with 320, 1X 3 with 410 and 1 off the floor with 470, then 3 500 pound singles.
Raw, no belt.
I borrowed the cutoff t-shirt from PaulV.

Front squat

A few light sets after back squats. Deep enough?? Any alternative grip for this? My wrists are busting due to lack of flexibility. I've seen the (ahem) "bodybuilding" way with arms crossed in front, but I cant bring myself to do it...

I do them the 'bodybuilding' way...
But then I'll just call them 'higher bar positioned Zercher squats'...
Or is it the gay way still?
Anyways I'd say you were low enough, good job.
