Hey man I have to give you credit for helping me out with my pull. Your tip of just using chalk and no gloves was a big help!

I was feeling a little crazy yesterday. I've had it in the back of my head to hit a 405lb 20-repper on squats for a long time now, but never really had the balls to make it happen. Finally did it though. I know some people might bitch about the depth on some of these, but I'm pretty damn happy about it.

Congrats Adam thats awesome squatting. I've had this set on my mind for some time now too. Anyone worried about the depth on any of those is crazy.

it is a french word for "host" referring to the host offered during communion in catholic mass. Similarly, "tabernack" is what you store the hosts in prior to communion. These words are common swear words in Quebec due to the high number of Roman Catholics.
I played hockey with a bunch of frenchies in high school and they gave me this swearing info.
