Tried push press/jerk today as Kyke, Luke and Adam have both hit my pr last year at 350lbs. Need to space myself from the competition. Fuckers.

U have the strength and size to place very high this year. Work on your speed, endurance and technique and you will advance far. (I know I don't practice what I preach).

Think I will need to try a 350 log tomorrow to try to stay close to you.
