Log c and p vid:
Your being too nice to the log on the way down. You are wasting a lot of energy slowly bringing it down and lightly tapping the tires. I would waste no time and try to bounce the log off the tire so you do it faster with less energy.
Your clean looks like it could use some work. Seems like you are starting the roll with the log mid belly. You should try to position the log at the top of your sterdum and sqeeze back with your lats as hard as you can before you stand and start the roll. Thrust your hips forward and thrust back as you roll the log. This will help with really heavy logs. I needed to master this as I have weak biceps and can't muscle clean like what Luke does.

Thanks man!
Good strategy for lowering it quicker, i was actually wondering how i could have sped it up to get more reps in the 60 seconds... that will work well. My log clean has seemed to be decent on 12 and 13 inch logs, but with the 10 inch log it was awful, but your right i do need some tech work on it. Thanks for the advice.

Ok. I wil try 400 next week. Because I am a leg drive presser I imagine there is an inflection point where it is easy and thena few more lbs leaves not enough initial burst to get it where I can press it out overhead.
365lb Log vid from today (right after truck pull training) - Not really sure what my max is right now, but thinking somewhere between 10-20lbs. Only one way to find out I guess.
Been pressing too heavy lately all together. Only reason I went this heavy today was because Josh egged me on so I had to to beat him, lol. You will get 365 next time big Josh.
