Have a few goodies for sale and one tire for free.
The tire, according to the way I am reading the guide, is a 980 lb'er. It's in my driveway, so you can come down anytime and pick it up for yourself. Free. Bring a buddy if you need help because I can't lift anything right now. Right arm is buggered!!
One log press, with stacking bars set for 1" hole plates. This one was made for me by Andy Burwell. $50 SOLD
Steel sled with chain and handle that I made at work, again with a 1" hole stacking stem. $25
I also have a pair of farmer's handles, for 1" plates. Handles are 1.5" OD for extra gripwork. $25 OBO
A pair of plates, made from flywheels, totalling 125 lbs and with welded inside collars that allow them to be loaded onto a 1" diameter bar. $25
I'll try and get pics up.
Ingersoll is on the 401, between London and Kitchener.

I'll take the Log and try to find a way to get that tire. What's with all the 1" stuff?

Hey Rack. I don't have any Olympic plates. Just the cast iron plates with 1" hole. I belong to a gym so I do all the powerlifts there. I have plates if anyone wants some to go with the items for sale.

The log is now gone (thanks Rack!) but the other items, including the big tire are still here.
Which one of you evil barbarians is man enough to take that big tire home to train with ? ! ! !
