Lower Back Problems
Last year I herniated a lowerback disc in my back doing deadlifts. I have rehabilitated myself beyond where I was before I hurt myself. My problem is the pain post workouts, especially deadlift/squat days. I have a great stretch routine but am wondering if any of you have experienced a similar injury do you have any suggestions be it stretches/therapies/warmups/cooldowns/etc that have worked to release the lower back tension and helped limit the pain?
