Profile: Rob Moody
Biography
Robert Moody is from Petawawa, and has been a mechanic in the Canadian Forces since 2007. Rob was introduced to weightlifting in 2008. From that foundation, he
began Strongman training in 2009, with varying degrees of success. His first training session involved almost passing out while doing a 270lb farmers
walk.
Rob entered the Dunnville Mudcat Festival Strongman show, winning in his weight class and has been competing ever since. You can expect to see Rob
competing at OSM 2011.
